These beauts can be found throughout all of Alberta's mountain parks, mind you, from the ground they are not the easiest to get to, most involve a hike to get. You can find larch tree's in Banff, Kananaskis and Waterton with a little bit of searching, here is a blog with a list of the Best Larch Hikes in Banff National Park. Larch season doesn't last very long here, it usually starts around mid september and lasts about 2 weeks. If you are looking to experience these stunning tree's in a different light, I highly recommend booking a heli tour during larch season. Not only will you get to see these beauties from the sky, but you can also land in super private locations, like this one that is full of larches.

There are many different things you can do to make your photos unique. If you want multiple looks to your photos, an alternate idea to outfit changes is picking a few different locations for you session. If you're not sure what locations you'd like to go to we're fully prepared to make some recommendations, or you can get some more inspiration from our blog. Another pro to choosing multiple locations is that you can use your photos for save the dates, albums, prints to hang in your home, photo gifts, and more. This way you have more variety in your photos that reflect your style.
As mentioned, changing outfits is another engagement photoshoot idea that allows you to achieve different looks in one session. Having a few different outfit options helps bring out different colors and feelings to your photos, having a change of outfit can also be helpful if you're just not feeling confident that day, or if you want to include your engagement photos in a guestbook or album changing your outfit is a nice way to bring variety.
